NextUp Soar

Learn essential skills, including delegation, executive presence, coaching and listening, and feedback in this program, which is the perfect next step after Rising Stars (it’s also great on its own!). Facilitated small group sessions encourage connection and build a network of support, and accountability partners are there to help you reach your goals. One-on-one coaching then layers the learning and helps you unlock your true potential.
