Cancellations and Refunds
The last day to cancel your registration is October 5. Cancellations incur a $500 fee. To cancel, log in to your NextUp Account and select ‘My Event Registration’ from the left navigation. Here, you can cancel any upcoming registrations by clicking ‘Cancel.’ For more information about cancellation and refund terms and conditions, please visit the FAQ.

If you register and do not receive your confirmation code, or have any other registration issues, please email registration@nextupisnow.org.
Multiple Registrations
If you request a code for multiple registrations that is less than the 25 registrants, individual ticket pricing at the time of your registration with that code will apply to each registration charged. For example, if you request a code before August 24, but use it on August 24 or later, you will be charged regular rather that early-bird rates.
Hotel Room Cost
Hotel rooms are available for $249 plus tax. After you register, you will be sent a link to register for a room that is part of the Summit hotel block.
* Please note that the hotel room block and rates are limited and first come, first served. Hotel rooms will become less available over time.
** Group discount codes must be requested. All discount codes MUST be used by September 22, and are available for groups of 25+ attendees only. For more details on group discount promo code terms, including how to request a code, please see the FAQs page.
