The last day to cancel and receive a refund is June 29, however cancellations incur a $500 fee. To cancel, log in to your NextUp Account and select “My Event Registration” from the left navigation. Here, you can cancel any upcoming registrations by clicking “Cancel.”

The deadline is July 19, 2022.

No, hotel rooms are not included in your registration price and must be booked separately.

A link to register for the Forum hotel room block will be provided to you after you register to attend. 

Rooms must be booked by July 10, 2022. 

We recommend hotel rooms in the main building for those who have mobility issues, as they are more accessible than the casitas. All hotel meeting spaces are ADA compliant. Outdoor activities on the lawn offer carts, which are offered via bell staff. Note – non-traditional outdoor activities, such as the archery and falconry walk and talks, are not recommended for those requiring mobility accommodation, as they may be less accessible. If you have accessibility requests, please reach out to us at registration@nextupisnow.org so we can help!

We recommend arriving on Tuesday, August 2, no later than 1:00 PM PT. The welcome reception begins at 2:00 PM PT, and the conference officially begins at 3:00 PM PT. The resort estimates travel times at 30 minutes from both Los Angeles International and Long Beach Airports. For more information on distances and location, see the hotel website. 

We recommend flying into Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport.
