Victor Barbieri 

Victor Barbieri has over 15 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, specializing in both B2B and B2C marketing. For nearly nine years, he has contributed to the marketing strategy to grow Spotify’s ads business—first in Latin America and now on a global scale—as an Associate Director for Advertising Business Marketing. Throughout his tenure, he has also led DEI initiatives that have driven meaningful change for employees and sparked important conversations in the industry. Originally from Brazil, Victor previously held roles at Viacom and FOX International Channels before relocating to the US. He now lives in Miami with his husband, their two boys, and three dogs.

Rana Ghosh 

Rana Ghosh is the Chief Transformation Officer at Spirit Airlines, leading the shift to a high value carrier. In his 9 years, he has held a number of commercial roles leading the ancillary revenue, loyalty, digital, GX and product functions during a period of rapid growth. He is married with 5 mostly independent children and has been in Fort Lauderdale the past 12 years. Born in India, being a Canadian, having lived in all the continents, Rana brings a unique perspective and energy to engagements that most people enjoy.
