Building Bridges, Not Walls- The Art of Navigating Accountability

We are happy to be hosting our fall networking event in person on Nov 2nd 2023. After a successful session focusing on Difficult Conversations in May, November 2nd will dive into another theme that is a common challenge we face in our workplace – accountability. Whether in a leadership or in an influencer position, mutual accountability is critical in moving things forward, in gaining momentum and working as a team towards a mutual benefit. Holding others accountable is a challenge for all leaders.

Fresh from her Tedx talk, "Why Accountability is NOT a Dirty Word", Christi will share tips on how to navigate the challenges we all face; making assumptions when things go wrong and avoiding confronting others when they let you down. The mentoring tables will help participants to consider their personal challenges and consider strategies that will work for them when expectations aren't being met. Participants will walk away with new connections, strategies for personal growth and confidence in their ability to hold others accountable.
