About the event
In this workshop, you will lead a provided interview presentation and facilitate a Q&A session for the participants. The session is two hours long, followed by a casual networking event.
Schedule
11:30 AM: NextUp sign-in
11:45 AM: Volunteer check-in at the agency
12:00 PM: Start the presentation
12:30 PM: Conclude the presentation, then break into small groups with volunteers and job search participants for mock interviews, feedback, and advice
1:45 PM: Wrap up and closing remarks
2:00 PM: Volunteer check-out
2:15–3:30 PM: Networking with light bites at Pico's Restaurant (3601 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77098)
