Please join the NextUp Cincinnati Community for a Vision Boarding workshop with certified coach, Kourtney Herbstreit. Kourtney Herbstreit has been a valued member of the Brilliant Balance team since 2018. As a coach, she empowers high-achieving women to align their personal and professional lives with greater clarity, purpose, and energy. Through thoughtful guidance and practical strategies, she helps clients overcome overwhelm, reconnect with their potential, and build sustainable habits that support long-term success.

No artistic skills required — just your passion, presence, and a willingness to dream big.

All supplied provided but please feel free to bring additional creative items to complete your vision board i.e. magazines, pictures, etc.

Drinks and light snacks provided.
