Jenny Locklin is a speaker and creator of the Mistake Break™, an interactive experience that helps high-performing women reset pressure, build resilience, and laugh at the moments that didn’t go as planned. Known for her unexpected humor and real-talk approach, Jenny reminds women in NextUp that mistakes aren’t failures—they’re fuel for confidence, connection, and momentum. Her sessions are fun, relatable, and anything but boring.

You're invited to a Mistake Break™! This is a very interactive session that builds trust, connection and self-compassion!

As an attendee, you have 3 options…

1. You are welcome to share a personal or professional mistake that might help other women save time, stress, guilt, embarrassment or shame.

2. If you're not comfortable sharing, you can come to the call and just listen to other people share their mistakes in order to learn and avoid making those same mistakes.

3. If nobody wants to share a mistake, no problem, Jenny has made enough mistakes to carry the Lunch & Learn discussion.

The goal?

For you to leave feeling lighter, happier, and more connected than when you arrived. To feel better about your mistakes and encourage you to continue sharing your mistakes—because if you can laugh at your mistakes, you can laugh at anything!
