This enlightening one-day workshop for NextUp partner organizations is designed for individuals who want to build their EQ and take their leadership skills to the next level. Each participant gets access to the research-backed EQi 2.0 assessment for in-depth personal insights and powerful takeaways.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence is excellent for all career levels, from individual contributors to executives. Participants selected should be at a similar level of leadership experience, as the content is customized based on the participant group’s leadership level. The workshop includes in depth review of the assessment results with NextUp’s own I/O Psychologist, Kat Ortiz.
