In honor of May’s Mental Health Awareness month we are targeting a series focused on total wellness from the foods we eat, to the workouts we take, to the way we take care of ourselves and others. Join us for our first event of the three part series! This event will help us understand how our diets impact our total wellness with Holistic Nutritionist Robin DeCicco. Light refreshments will be provided.
