With extensive experience counseling clients on weight loss, weight maintenance, nutrition, and disease prevention, Peachy brings a blend of expertise, cultural perspective, and culinary creativity to every session.
During this interactive event, Peachy will prepare a flavorful, globally inspired meal right before our eyes—demonstrating how nutritious choices can be simple, satisfying, and full of taste. As she cooks, she’ll guide us through practical strategies for building balanced plates, making health forward ingredient swaps, and incorporating international flavors into everyday meals.
