About the event

Beyond Allies is a dynamic 6-week virtual program that dives deep into emotional intelligence (EQ) and the transformative influence it has on allyship, leading teams, and the organization. While designed for men, it is open to all leaders seeking to develop practical strategies to enhance their emotional and social skills. These skills enable them to effectively support their team and organization and drive the advancement of women.

Through thought-provoking exercises, data-driven insights, collaborative discussions, and action planning, Beyond Allies goes beyond traditional approaches by integrating the influential forces of emotional intelligence (EQ) and allyship in action. Leaders will gain access to results-driven strategies and tools that leverage their highest emotional and social skills, empowering them to shape perceptions, choices, and relationships within their teams and organizations. As a cohort, leaders will embark on a journey of empowerment, understanding, networking, and accountability.

$575 per participant (open to Members and Non-Members)
