Chelsey is currently the Vice President of CPG Brand Growth at Packable (an eCommerce tech enablement company that is a part of the Carlyle Portfolio Group investment portfolio). Chelsey is responsible for leading a large multifunctional organization delivering value through maximizing the relationships with the top accounts. Chelsey is also a former senior executive within P&G. Throughout her 12 year career with P&G, Chelsey developed a proven track record of managing large teams and enrolling multifunctional stakeholders to exceed expectations and lead disruptive innovation. Chelsey is also heavily involved in the community. She is the former NextUp Programming Officer on the board for NextUp Cincinnati. She is also a former facilitator for the Mortar Entrepreneurship Academy in Cincinnati which is designed for those wanting to start and / or grow their small business.

Sarah Pew is a committed small business advocate having spent the majority of her career dedicated to driving small business success. In February 2022, Sarah joined Uber to lead Merchant Marketing for Uber Eats. Prior to Uber, Sarah was with Visa for ten years in leadership roles spanning corporate communications, global marketing, and merchant sales. Sarah also has a passion for developing connections between people and resources for continued success. A passion she pursued as Visa’s first NextUp Corporate Ambassador – a role she held for three years. Sarah lives in Petaluma, California with her husband and two cats, Maybe and Wags.

Author, Founder and CEO, Gray Rhino and Company
Strategist and best-selling author Michele Wucker coined the term “gray rhino” as a call to take a fresh look at how we respond to obvious, probable, impactful risks. She founded the Chicago-based advisory firm Gray Rhino & Company and is a former media and think tank executive. Her four books include the influential global bestseller THE GRAY RHINO: How to Recognize and Act on the Obvious Dangers We Ignore and the recently released sequel, YOU ARE WHAT YOU RISK: The New Art and Science of Navigating an Uncertain World.
