Jessica Kim is the co-founder/CEO of ianacare on a mission to encourage, empower, and equip family caregivers with the practical tools and communities, so no one does it alone. The platform leverages the powerful combination of technology + caregiver coaches to organize and mobilize all the layers of support. Her dedication stems from being the primary caregiver for her mom who fought a seven-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She is a 3x startup founder, speaker, and caregiving advocate. Jessica was honored as Crain’s Top 40 under 40 and currently serves as a Venture Partner at Praxis Labs, the inaugural Entrepreneur-In-Residence and Presidential Council advisor at Brown University, and board member of Be the Bridge for racial reconciliation and justice. She graduated from Brown University and received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Boston with her three young children, husband, and 82-year-old father.

Lisa is an experienced change agent, having led organizations in both Fortune 50 and Private Equity owned mid-market companies. She has built relationships and connections from her 30+ years in the retail, consumer goods, and services industries, obsessing about customers, consumers, and team members. She has been successful by focusing on results, creating amazing corporate cultures, and building diverse teams for growth, whether it be leading a $1.5Bn global business or accelerating growth in a $100MM domestic private enterprise. Her vast experience covers Management, Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Innovation Development, Manufacturing and most importantly, Talent Optimization.

Lisa has been an Operating Advisor for Atlantic Street Capital Advisors, Inc. since 2019 working with executive teams across a variety of businesses in both retail and digital marketing to drive profitable growth. Prior to her current role, Lisa was the CEO of Truco Enterprises, a Private Equity owned snack manufacturer. She also had a long and successful career at PepsiCo, holding several senior leadership positions across all product lines. Her vast experience at PepsiCo covers SVP general management roles of both global and domestic businesses, as well as expertise in strategic planning, franchise management, marketing, innovation development, manufacturing, and talent optimization. Prior to PepsiCo, Lisa developed her analytic and market research acumen with roles at both Nielsen and Information Resources, Inc.

Lisa serves as the Immediate Past Board Chair of a $7MM national non-profit organization, Network of Executive Women, which supports attracting, retaining, and advancing women in business. Lisa has served on the Board for the past 10 years and has led the organization through various transformations including capital fundraising, rebranding, strategic expansions, and a CEO transition.
