After thirty five years being self employed in the marketing field, all our efforts are now focused in the digital space. The main drive is on the LinkedIn platform. The Pandemic created a completely different work environment with work from home becoming the excepted way of life.

The restrictions on travel and the normal way of doing business posed a problem for many top executives. Expanding and servicing existing international and domestic markets needed an alternative way of connecting and reaching out to new clients, recruiting pools and remaining relevant in the market place.

LinkedIn provides a powerful transparent business to business and business to client platform provided it is structured and managed correctly. In true entrepreneurial style it is here that we found an opportunity to start a business.

We manage all aspects of LinkedIn profiles breaking it down into four aspects. Profile optimisation, content creation, lead generation and highly targeted network expansion. This can be adapted to any executives needs, be it personal branding, thought leadership in their respective fields or lead generation. We are yet to come across an industry that we cannot help.

Bethany Stephens

President, Soapbox

Bethany Stephens is a marketer with exhausting enthusiasm and a knack for big ideas and building brands. She is the president of Soapbox Influence, a Bentonville-based agency leveraging social swell for a modern spin on word of mouth marketing. The #SoapboxSquad taps into the talent of savvy social media mavens and brilliant content creators by creating meaningful opportunities to pair everyday voices with the world’s best brands.
Soapbox manages a community of 15,000 influencers across all 50 U.S. states (and beyond) and leverages these everyday voices on behalf of clients such as  Bob’s Red Mill, Dr. Teal’s, Mike’s Hot Honey, Nickelodeon, the NBA and Walmart through retailer-specific influencer campaigns, shopper and consumer insights and social, content and marketing services.
Beth’s career has spanned nonprofit, tourism, economic development, community development and consulting, but the common thread has always been marketing and storytelling: a former writer and blogger herself, she began building Soapbox when she became too elderly and irrelevant to continue to serve as an influencer herself. In fleeting pockets of free time, she enjoys experiencing the best of life in the Natural State through hiking, cycling and paddleboarding.
She lives in Bentonville, Arkansas and serves on the Northwest Arkansas officer team for Next Up (formerly the Network of Executive Women). While most humans are about 70% water, Beth is probably 50% red wine. You can catch up with her on Instagram or LinkedIn.

Nicole Wright

Program Engagement Consultant, Acosta

Nicole Wright is a learning development consultant and DEI Leader at Acosta, NextUp Ambassador & Regional Officer for the Virtual Region, and owner of SavvynSocial. She has led retail merchandising and sales teams, has experience in customer service, business-to-business sales, and facilitated training. Through SavvynSocial, Nicole has managed social media accounts for numerous small businesses’, and moderated virtual webinars, in-person conferences, and networking events. She thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and digital environments, but also enjoys the low-key moments with friends and family. Nicole physically resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband and Yorkie, while virtually residing on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok @savvymrswright.
