An accomplished consultant, trainer, and researcher, Tamara helps leaders make work meaningful to engage employees and improve business performance.
Tamara’s approach blends the latest research in Positive and Organizational Psychology with evidence-based strategies to deliver trainings that yield tangible business results. She has trained leaders at high-performing organizations like Black Rock, Microsoft, KPMG, and Unilever and delivered keynotes to international business audiences.
Tamara is the author of The Secret to Peak Productivity: A Simple Guide to Reaching Your Personal Best, and her work has been featured in Business Insider, Forbes, and USA Today, among others.
Tamara has a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she currently serves as an Instructor and Trainer for the Penn Resilience Program.
Tamara lives in New England with her husband and three children and does her best thinking on long walks with her 2 dogs. She loves to cook and is in awe of the power of wonderful food to bring people together for deep, meaningful connection.
Megan Witherspoon
VP of Communications, Altria Client Services
Megan Witherspoon serves as Vice President, Communications for Altria Client Services. In this role, she leads communications and engagement strategies across multiple audiences on behalf of the Altria family of companies.
Previously, Megan served as Senior Director, Brand Management at Philip Morris USA, where she led brand equity and digital marketing for Marlboro. Prior to this role, Megan served as Senior Director, Financial Communications on the Investor Relations team and Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development, leading Altria’s strategic planning processes.
Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2004, Megan has held a variety of corporate responsibility and community relations roles within Altria Client Services.
Megan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the James River Association, where she chairs the Marketing and Membership Committee. Megan received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s degree in studio art from James Madison University.
