In this role, she is responsible for the P&L and go-to-market strategy for the Retail business in the Midwest. As a leader on the North America Retail team, she also contributes to the overall vision, thought leadership, and strategy for the Global Retail Consulting practice. Key elements of the role include defining the portfolio of clients, sales and growth strategy, offerings and the makeup of the talent needed to serve the retail industry.
