Featured in Fast Company Magazine and Forbes Magazine, JinJa is an American thought leader and recognized award-winning strategist, technologist and creative executive with over 20 years of experience, including enterprise brand strategy and creative development of mid to large size organizations, establishment of visual identity systems and research, development and execution of customer and talent acquisition strategies. JinJa is the collaborating architect of the Accelerate with Google program now known as the Google’s Digital Coaches Program, Google’s US-based training initiative.

JinJa is a founding board member of The Women in Entrepreneurship Institute at DePaul University’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center. It is the nation’s first comprehensive Institute for women founders that integrates academic learning, research, incubation, funding and public policy. She is also a founding member of The Jewish-Black Business Alliance, a foundation focused on economic justice and based on the social justice legacy of the American Jew and their advocacy of Blacks
during Jim Crow.

Catherine Gu is Visa’s Global Head of CBDC and asset protocols, building digital payment solutions with central banks, financial partners and global infrastructure technology companies. Prior to Visa, Catherine has worked at J.P. Morgan and Man Group in quantitative finance. She spent 2 years on stablecoin research while studying at Stanford University with Prof. Dan Boneh. She also worked at 2 crypto startups: Anchorage and Gauntlet. Catherine graduated with M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and First Class B.A. and M.Phil in Economics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.

Anirudh is an investor at On Deck, a venture capital firm seeking to create the strongest ecosystem for ambitious people to come and change the world. Previously, he worked as a researcher for Pronomos Capital, a fund that invests in new cities globally and started an insect farming company.
